The Brody Michael Foundation was born from a desire to continue the legacy of the one and only Brody Alexander Michael. Brilliant, athletic, passionate, and a friend to all, Brody valued people and experiences most of all. It’s our privilege to give back to our community in honor of Brody’s spirit.
Scholarships for Athletes
Brody was not only a force on the court but also accomplished in the classroom. He understood the importance of exercising both body and mind. This scholarship, in part comprised of your generous donations, will help young athletes attain their goals, as well as keep Brody’s legacy alive, as these individuals excel with the assistance of this scholarship, a legacy worthy of Brody.
Giving Back in our Community
We strive to fill the gaps that other larger organizations simply can’t. Our Board Members and the members of the #belikebrody community come together to support causes and even fundraisers that support the northern Shenandoah Valley. Sharing Brody’s Story
Brody had a belief that everyone was worthy of kindness. He was the first one to ensure each person felt included, and the last one to leave the court when it was time to pack it in. Throughout the year, the Brody Michael Foundation holds various fundraisers to support our community and scholarship endeavors. Often times those fundraisers include apparel items that share our logo and our beloved hashtag; #belikebrody.
